You pull up to a platform, but you can see that the tracks continue on to a large, tranquil train yard. Some benches and another copy of the Subway Map greet you on the small platform. Some stairs lead to a bridge, which leads over the tracks to the main part of the town—small as it is. A Depot Agent is on the bridge, looking out over the train yard.
An announcement plays in Ingo's voice.
Attention, all passengers. Proper maintenance requires some time to pause and reflect. Please relax while we ensure our trains run smoothly. Service will resume shortly.
[Well now he feels like he needs a good excuse to have interrupted this man, after a reaction like that. Oopsie.]
I apologize if you're on your break . . . do you work here? I was only wondering if you know how long I have before the train is running again. Do I have time to go into town?
"It's fine... I'm on the clock. It's just... slow going."
He sounds a little demoralized, but perks up when he rallies to continue.
"So I'd be happy to answer your questions! Yes, feel free to go over to the town! There are some residential buildings off limits, but you'll be able to find the control panel, and our lost and found as suits you! I hope you enjoy your stay!"
[He says that in the accidental way you say it to a service worker, like when you wish your waiter a pleasant meal. But eh, it kinda works. He clears his throat.]
"Right, the control panel. In case you need to adjust the kind of service we'll be providing to our passengers. ...Wait... is that something non-employees are allowed to touch...?"
He pauses, concerned for a moment, but then shakes it off.
"But you guys all have special permission to be in here, right? So it's fine!"
As described, when you cross the bridge, you see a scant few buildings—one labeled as "Lost and Found"—and a large control panel standing alone, facing the many empty train tracks below.
[The control panel is very tempting, but he's also curious about the lost and found, and he heads there first. On second thought, he switches Bronzong out for Sharpedo again. He's not really expecting to need a Pokemon here, but this is bonding time!]
This is a small, unassuming building. There aren't many items visible within it at a glance. There's a counter with a very cute plushie sitting on top. There's another Depot Agent sitting behind the counter, and he's comforting a young girl, who is on the customer side of the counter, crying.
[ Like a shark, Ritsuka only knows how to keep moving until she dies (facetious).
After a moment to consider, she heads over to the bridge. She does not bother recalling anyone back to their pokeballs at this time either, so it's just a very strange little train of her own that she's leading. ]
It's a sparsely populated town, and your companions are tiny, so there's no trouble at all leaving them all out.
The Depot Agent on the bridge is staring out over the train yard, occasionally tapping at a smart tablet, but not actually writing or doing much of anything. He's too distracted to notice you.
"Oh—!" He startles to attention. "For the Progressive Line? Wait, no... you mean the train that came here. Ahaha... Well, it shouldn't take too long. You can feel free to visit the town in the meantime! There may not be much in the way of tourist attractions, but you can see our control panel and visit our lost and found if you need it!"

She sniffles, shy, but appreciating Ritsuka leveling with her.
"It's white, and it has a brim, and some patches on it... And, my grandma gave it to me... I had it when I got off the train, but I don't know where it went after that..."
Anville Town...?

[It's so quiet here compared to the Battle Subway. Saturn looks around, making his way slowly to the bridge and to the worker standing on it.]
Excuse me. I hope I'm not interrupting.

He is startled; he was deep in contemplation, with a tablet—the technological kind—in his hands.
"N-No... It's fine! Can I help you?"

I'm Saturn. I'll go take a look around, then. I may be back with more questions . . . I'll see first what I can find. Thank you again.
[And into town he goes! Bronzong is still accompanying him, floating by his side.]

Hey, sorry--do we have an estimate on how long the maintenance is gonna take?
