[Vicious looks down at the orb for only a second before a grin spreads across his face. Everyone defaulting to Pokemon battles means he hasn't thought of doing it himself prior to this point, but now that the suggestion is there, he's instinctively elated about it.]
...Ha! Yeah, let's see!
[He crouches and then dashes to the side, tossing the balms towards Arceus rapidfire.]
[Vicious reflexively moves to cartwheel out of the way of the lasers. He remembers only halfway that he still has Litten on his head, and corrects it with a twist into a one-handed cartwheel as he scoops Litten under his arm and sets him on the ground before continuing to move.]
Litten settles on the ground with a loud and enthusiastic meow, cheering you on. All of your Pokemon are deeply impressed with your moves here. Sneasler is less awed, but she's still watching you go.
The missiles crash after you, never quite hitting you as you keep moving. Eventually, as Arceus continues to be hit by the balms, it falters, breaking its composure. The Pokemon watching perk up, sensing that this is a change to the next phase. They could step in to help out, too! They want to back you up, Vicious!
The most enthusiastic in this moment are Litten and the newbies who haven't gotten a chance yet. They are all moving forward at around the same time, and then pausing as they notice their competition. Litten's tail flicks as he tries to decide whether he is going to give these others a chance.
It's helpful enough to make Litten decide he doesn't care about trampling on the others' feelings. He runs forward to attack without hesitating further. With his powerful +3 modifier!!
He goes straight for the head-on Flamethrower! It's powerful enough to snap Arceus straight back out into the next phase.
Arceus braces itself. A reddish circle appears on the ground below you—you yourself, again, and not Litten. You might want to get out of the way of this one, too.
[Vicious is almost too distracted cheering to notice the target circle, but eventually he launches himself into a flip away from it—and towards Arceus.]
It looks like some kind of localized meteor shooting down at the circle. And Arceus remains still as it fires it, so it is utterly defenseless as you flip forward to approach it.
This time, Arceus won't just take it. It changes type to Water, dousing Litten with a powerful wave in its divine Judgment. Litten won't be deterred, though. He retaliates with a Bite until Arceus backs off again!
Abruptly, Arceus disappears from view entirely. How ominous... There's no way it's over just like that, right?
Litten shakes himself off, trying to get rid of some of the excess dampness.
You hear a sound like glass shattering. As you are turning, you see a crack in the fabric of reality itself behind you—if something emerged from that crack, it would probably come straight towards you!
[Vicious dodges only at the last movement, arm swinging in a way that would hit Arceus with his gun's blade if he was holding his guns or even remembered that he had them.
He does manage to properly throw an orb with the other hand, at least.]
Arceus stumbles with the force of being hit while traveling at this velocity, veering off course. As Arceus gathers itself, Litten is prepared to attempt the finishing blow. He was hurt earlier, and so he can only manage a +1 now, with Arceus being Water-type, but he wants to try until the end!
This time, the wave that overpowers Litten sweeps him far away, almost to the edge of the platform hanging in the sky. With Litten being so small, it's hard to even see him from here, to know if he fell or not. The other Pokemon look on in shock.

Arceus rears up onto its hind legs, light gathering above it. Then, homing lasers shoot out, headed in your direction.

[Vicious lands in a low crouch as Arceus breaks, glancing back over at his Pokemon.]
Y'all want a shot too? Well, ya didn't come all this way for nothin', right? Last chance to show me what ya got!

[For Vicious to lunge the remaining distance to slam one of the orbs into his face point blank.]

Litten immediately pounces to add a follow-up attack. He's committed to volunteering until he's fainted now.

Vicious opens the way for Litten as he falls back from the recoil himself. This time Litten only gets a 7.]

[Vicious is distracted momentarily from his opponent vanishing by Litten being doused with water. Noooo damp Litten!!
Then he glances back up to see Arceus gone, and then turns in a quick circle looking around for it.]
...What, runnin' away so soon?

Unfortunately, Litten only gets a 5.]

—What? No! C'mon, Litten!
[After a moment observing the wave in horror, Vicious immediately ignores Arceus to dash after Litten.]
