Sneasel is still here skittering around. Every time she thinks she sees the mystery Pokemon it darts away from her, and she is growling in frustration. But as you arrive, she finally manages to snag one of his scarflike appendages with a claw, pinning him into view. It's Accelgor!
Maybe she was actually waiting to succeed until he showed up, on purpose! That's definitely what it was. She is intent on ending this battle now that Accelgor is in her sights. As an alpha, she can manage a 2d6+2 for this battle!
Accelgor is a big cheater here. With a combination of Double Team and Infestation, he slowly drains Sneasel's health while rendering her unable to hit him properly in retaliation. After that he can keep using Quick Attack until she's too unsteady to even try to fight back.
Litten sits calmly as he watches, knowing he would have a +4 bonus if he tried, but thinking all these mini character arcs are worth everyone having.
Snover is temporarily beset by the same strategy, and the Bug-type move hurts him more. But he concentrates, and utilizes his Hisuian expertise. With his mastery of Blizzard, he can use it in the Strong Style, greatly improving its strength and accuracy! With luck and determination, this Blizzard lands a hit even with Accelgor's dodging, and deals a heavy blow! Accelgor is left frozen, finally ending his reign of terror.
[Look, everyone knows Litten is great. Sometimes it's more fun to make things difficult for yourself. Though implying he is doing it deliberately is probably giving Vicious too much credit.

Where else could a Pokemon be hiding? As you attempt to observe your surroundings, you see another large and flashy building at the end of the street, with music faintly audible from within.
As you get closer you can make out the music more distinctly; it's an upbeat musical that's playing inside. Though the crowds are all inside the theater for the show, you can hear someone banging around in tune to the music, outside and much closer to you, just around the building.
[Hearing the music eases Vicious's mind in ways he hadn't been aware of being tense, which makes his brow furrow a bit. He shrugs it off, though, glancing around at his Pokémon before heading around the building.]
She's embarrassed to be discovered, and that is warring with the calming reassurance that it was actually good music... She can't fully reconcile the feelings just yet. She ends up lashing out anyway, sweeping an arm in a threat, so Litten leaps down to intercept her. Powerful Litten gets a +3 modifier here!
Litten doesn't even really need explanation for himself anymore. Or maybe it's that Garbodor was already on the verge of being convinced. One strong burst of flame from Litten is enough for her to calm down and reevaluate her aggression.
