The station attendant is much more openly disapproving. "Hey, hey, hey! It's already broken! No need to help it along!"

Then what am I s'posed to do with this thing?

[Vicious waves his plate at the attendant.]

...Actually, what am I s'posed to do here at all?

[derailer]

"Never seen one of those things before," he says, perplexed. "But you're here with the crew to get back the Boss's memories, right? So, my theory is that you should have a lot of battles. Since he gets back memories sometimes that way, you know?"

[stirtheblood]

I don't know! I don't know anythin'! If you're talkin' about memories, I want mine back!

[derailer]

"Oh—uh..." He is put off and surprised by the sudden intensity. "I guess... I don't know how to help you with that. I mean. You can try the same thing and see if it works for you, too?"

[stirtheblood]

...Tch.

Your boss is that Ingo guy, right? The clan leader girl did say the same thing happened to me as happened to him. So there're a bunch of people tryin' to help him out...?

[derailer]

"Yeah. Like, you." He points to you. "At least I thought that would be you... But, well. If it's not you, it's definitely a bunch of other people. Like the other Boss, or Unova's Champion..."

[stirtheblood]

...It is me. But only 'cause that girl asked, and it ain't like I got anythin' else more interestin' to do.

[derailer]

"Okay. Well. I'm sure he appreciates it," he says, skeptical.

[stirtheblood]

Yeah, I dunno about that. Kinda sounded like he'd prefer I leave him alone.

But he kept talkin' about what I "should" do, and she just told me what she wanted me to do. So I'm more inclined to listen to her.

[derailer]

"Who's this girl you're talking about again?"

[stirtheblood]

Think her name was Irida...?

[derailer]

"Irida..." He taps his fingers on the surface of his cart, thinking. "I think she's one of the people he met while he was gone, yeah. It's not really my sphere of expertise. Glad she's on our side, I guess."

[stirtheblood]

What, there are sides?

[derailer]

"Uh." He scratches his head. "Okay, I guess not. I don't really know who'd be on the side that'd say he should just stay without most of his memories. So I'm glad she's... helping?"

[stirtheblood]

[who would do that!!]

If askin' me to do all the work as a favor is helpin', then yeah, I guess.

[derailer]

"Hey, we can't exactly move around freely the way you guys can, you know! Anyway—just pick a line and see what's up there... Except for the Progressive Line. We don't have a train there yet, so you can't take that one."

[stirtheblood]

I don't know.

[Vicious repeats, though it's more sullen than intense this time. And he moves on.]

Whaddaya mean I can't? If it's just another one of those track things, I could walk, right?

[derailer]

"I wouldn't do that if I were you. There's no guarantee the tunnel is even built through the whole way, let alone the tracks. Best case scenario is you hit a dead end and have to turn back around."

[stirtheblood]

Well, you ain't me, clearly. Sounds like the most interestin' one to me.

[derailer]

"Hey, wait a minute." He is getting more seriously concerned now. "At least let me heal your Pokemon first, before you do whatever you're planning on doing here."

[stirtheblood]

Hm? You can heal 'em? Sure. Even better if they're all ready to show me what they can do!

[derailer]

"Yeah, just put them all in their balls for a bit and hand them over, and it'll only take a second."

[stirtheblood]

I don't got balls for all of them...

[He does hand over the ones he does though.]

[derailer]

"Oh! If you need them, I've got plenty."

He hands over a decent quantity of spare Pokeballs to use, enough that you will not need to worry about running out. It occurs to him to dig out a digital Pokedex device to hand over as well. It can be assumed that this device can scan or look up any Pokemon to read off any needed information like types, with voice input and output available.

"Definitely more high-tech than whatever you're working with, too..." he mutters as he turns over the Hisuian Pokeballs. He still puts them in the healing machine.
