He hands over a decent quantity of spare Pokeballs to use, enough that you will not need to worry about running out. It occurs to him to dig out a digital Pokedex device to hand over as well. It can be assumed that this device can scan or look up any Pokemon to read off any needed information like types, with voice input and output available.
"Definitely more high-tech than whatever you're working with, too..." he mutters as he turns over the Hisuian Pokeballs. He still puts them in the healing machine.
[Vicious takes the Pokeballs and Pokédex, since he has independently discovered there are only so many Pokémon one can physically hold without them, and he doesn't have Ingo to tell him what everything is now. He will take what he can get.
He offers two of the balls to Litten and Sneasel.]
By this point the Depot Agent has given up on suggesting things to Vicious directly, and has decided he's going to walkie-talkie some people after Vicious has left his presence. So he just nods. "All right. Good luck with that too, then."
We'll make our own luck. To the Progressive Line, then!
[Vicious turns with a dramatic sweep of his coat to lead his Pokémon forth... before realizing he doesn't know which one that is. Possibly he can tell based on the level of construction?? He pauses and looks around.]
You can't really tell which is under construction until you go down the stairs, but Litten squirms out of your arms and jumps down to lead you to the Progressive Line, looking back over his shoulder occasionally to make sure you can follow him through the fog.
You step down the stairs... but there's no train waiting at the platform. If you happen to look up at the up-to-the-minute schedule for the next arriving train, you will see it is out of order. There are signs on the gates blocking off the tracks that are probably telling you it is under construction. At least there isn't much fog in here; it's easy to see. There are three tarps covering the walls, and one covering a large standalone object.
A poster on the opposite wall shows Ingo and Emmet in uniform, pointing in matching poses. Accepting challengers for a reopening at full capacity! it says at the bottom. Litten paws at it so you can hear.
You hop the gates and land down below the platform, on the train tracks. The tunnel leads out into darkness—an ominous crackling energy faintly perceptible deeper in.
Your Pokemon all remain on the other side of the gates from you, and they are now sounding distressed, though you can't see them.
[Vicious looks back and forth between Litten and the gate, considering. He is definitely not going to force any of his Pokemon to come with him... Which means either going without them or staying with them and doing something else.
Unfortunately, with all the buildup he now really wants to see what's down the tunnel. And while Litten has been there for him so far... his instincts and the fact that Shadow Ingo left him alone are telling him not to prioritize that.]
...Well, y'all can wait here, then. I'm gonna check it out.
There is a moment of tension. But, understanding your resolve, Litten then scrambles to climb up over the gate to follow you. The others follow suit; the Sneasels lift the others up over the gate before climbing over themselves. They may not like whatever is down the tunnel, but they aren't going to let you become a victim of it alone.
The other Pokemon form a protective formation around you. Now it is safer to proceed! ...They're all pretty certain it's not safe to proceed, but safer!

"Be careful, okay?"

I dunno how careful I can be. But I'll try to make sure we're all havin' fun.

[Vicious descends the stairs and takes a look around.]
Ehhh... Who cares about "full capacity"? I'm lookin' for challengers now.
[He tugs the tarp off the stand-alone object with mild curiosity.]

[Well, it otherwise seems pretty quiet and boring here. Vicious heads over to the platform to hop the gates.]

[Vicious climbs back up to rejoin his Pokemon in concern.]
What, you guys don't wanna come? Or do you not wanna walk? You can get back in the balls...
[He offers up Pokeballs.]

[Vicious says this with a mock-indulgent tone that comes out less mock- than he intends. He's smiling a little.]
Least we know there's no train comin'. Let's go.
