"Uh." He scratches his head. "Okay, I guess not. I don't really know who'd be on the side that'd say he should just stay without most of his memories. So I'm glad she's... helping?"
"Hey, we can't exactly move around freely the way you guys can, you know! Anyway—just pick a line and see what's up there... Except for the Progressive Line. We don't have a train there yet, so you can't take that one."

He hands over a decent quantity of spare Pokeballs to use, enough that you will not need to worry about running out. It occurs to him to dig out a digital Pokedex device to hand over as well. It can be assumed that this device can scan or look up any Pokemon to read off any needed information like types, with voice input and output available.
"Definitely more high-tech than whatever you're working with, too..." he mutters as he turns over the Hisuian Pokeballs. He still puts them in the healing machine.
[Vicious takes the Pokeballs and Pokédex, since he has independently discovered there are only so many Pokémon one can physically hold without them, and he doesn't have Ingo to tell him what everything is now. He will take what he can get.
