Sneasler wants to bite him... She wants to bite him to prove a point! But Irida notices her tension, resting a hand on her arm.
"Hey, are you all right? This is a holy mission! We all need to work together."
Irida gestures to the basket once it's open, and Sneasler sulkily suppresses her urge to be petty.
"If you ride in here, she'll be able to carry you up near the peak. Then you'll be able to walk on foot the rest of the way to the Temple of Sinnoh's ruins."
Litten and Snorunt are small enough to pose no real issue. The Snovers might be more cramped. As for the Sneasels—
"Well, those Sneasels might be able to climb the cliffs the same way the Lady Sneasler can. They're too small to carry your weight, but they are related types of Pokemon, after all!"
Hmm... Whaddaya think, guys, ya wanna catch a ride in a ball or climb up yerselves?
[This is addressed to all of them, not just the Sneasels. If the Snovers want to make an attempt at the cliff themselves he's not going to tell them no. He does ready his Pokeballs, though.]
The Sneasels rush to Sneasler's side to prove their worth as climbers; Sneasler seems amused by their enthusiasm. The Snovers and Snorunt walk up to be put back in their Pokeballs. Litten doesn't move; he plans on just staying with you in the basket.
Irida helps reattach the basket to Sneasler, and then Sneasler stands, hoisting you up.
"May luck be with you and your companions in your quest!" Irida calls out to you.
It's a long and bumpy journey—longer because Sneasler pauses from time to time out of concern for the Sneasels catching up—but eventually you make it to a camp near the summit...
