He spreads his arms through the fog cage, a Pokeball clutched in each hand.
"I am Emmet. I am a Subway Boss. I like Double Battles. I like combinations of two Pokemon. And I like winning more than anything else. So we are going to have a Double Battle now."
Eelektross knows he can't do anything to Krookodile, so he focuses on zapping Munna instead. Archeops will try an Aerial Ace on Krookodile. They're doing their best to press forward, even though they are destined to eventually lose!
Archeops tries to take them both down with a Rock Slide, but it doesn't work to stop them! He goes down with the teamwork, and probably some critical hits/defense lowering involved. Eelektross can already tell he's in trouble trying to take down Krookodile, oh no. Even his non-electric move is Crunch, which Krookodile is going to resist! He has to just keep zapping Munna instead!
It seems Lear's Pokemon have gotten just as fond of Munna as he has (which he isn't prepared to admit to). The relentless focus on zapping poor little Munna certainly gets under Krookodile's skin, who retaliates with some Foul Play. May as well turn that outrageous attack stat against it, after all! ]
Yeowch! Eelektross tries to Crunch him back, but it really does barely anything. Eventually he will fall, even as tanky as he is. Emmet is unsurprised by this result.
"I am Emmet. I lost against you. But that is fine. You have earned a reward."
He pulls out a strange tablet, handing it over. It is engraved with the words "It gathers power from the Plates, listening for the flute's song."
... I see. Well... I will do what I can. There is a good group of people here, so I am sure he will be fine. I can say this since I imagine nobody will know.
[ hmph!!
OFF HE GOES, ON THAT NOTE. time to leaaaave the battle gauntlet. ]

A grimace, and he nods. ]
Fine then. A double battle it is. Krookodile, Munna, you're both up!

He sends the both of them out. Both of them, and Emmet himself, seem ready to give it their all.
You will have to roll successfully against both of them separately in order to win the battle!
no subject
Tch--all right, here we go! This is our battle to win, not yours!
[ double rolls are!
9 and 8!
I am so proud of Munna, personally. ]

Munna, back up Krookodile! Focus on taking Archeops down first!
[ They're gonna team-up and gang-up on Archeops, with a tag-team crunch and psychic.
Lear has learned the power of teamwork. Yay!! ]

Oh, right, wasn't there something about this back at the train station? Hmmm. ]
Well... thank you, I suppose.
[ perhaps. ]
Is this supposed to assist Ingo in some way?

Fine. I will collect them on the off-chance that it somehow does.
[ this is what he's been reduced to! Fetch quests! All because he actually likes Ingo. Wtf, liking people is a rip. ]
Anything else you have to say before I continue?
