Magnezone is helpless against this onslaught. It's not even trying to fight back at this point. It's just so confused, and now very tired from the extremely super-effective and powerful attack that it has never seen before.

[ Emmet applauds Archeops, Tinkaton, and Mamoswine. Archeops squawks with delight, flapping back down to hover by Emmet while Mamoswine whuffs with satisfaction. She then turns, starting to trot off to hunt down the other two. COME HERE PROBOPASS YOU LITTLE SHIT . . .

Which is to say, she's heading off towards the fields where it's a bit more open.

Emmet shrugs his shoulders, giving Zisu a salute. ]

"I won't interrupt a man on a mission. But I'd love to have a battle with you after you're finished! I'll keep an eye on this Magnezone."

The farm is full of mints, berries, mushrooms, vegetables... No Pokemon except the ones working the fields, though. The farmers look up at Mamoswine as she approaches, impressed.

[likewinning]

[ He chases after Mamoswine, who just whuffs at the farmers, continuing down the path to keep looking. ]

There is a back gate to the village that leads out into a grassy path down to the beach!

[likewinning]

[ Emmet skips over to wave Mamoswine through so she can continue her INVESTIGATION!! ]

What a quiet, peaceful journey and a beautiful small beach!

Alakazam apparently thinks so too, floating cross-legged at the end of the dock.

[ Emmet steeples his fingers, thinking. And then, with a hum, he takes a ball and tosses out Galvantula, going for the surprise attack. ]

Use X-scissor!

[ that's an 8! but +1 for STAB, +1 for super effective is 10. and if that's initiative, that's another +1. ]

Alakazam is probably too smart and aware of his surroundings to be surprised, but it doesn't matter since you only need a 10 anyway. Galvantula is able to take him out easily!

[ Conductor Joltik pokes his head out of Emmet's coat pocket to cheer him on. Yeah!! Go big bro!! Get him!

Galvantula, because he isn't Eelektross, manages easily thanks to STAB, dusting off his little legs as he flexes on the poor psychic type. Sorry, man. That's just how it be sometimes.

Mamoswine, in the meantime, lets out an impatient whuff and starts to pace. where is that jerk probopass!! LET ME AT HIM. ]

Easy there, Mamoswine.

Alas, Probopass is nowhere to be seen on this lovely beach. She must have been somewhere back in the village proper.

Alakazam is dazed, but he is interested in Emmet's similarity to Ingo, and doesn't mind following along.

[likewinning]

Onward, Alakazam! We will get you back to the village and back where you are supposed to be.

[ Emmet starts marching! With a huff, Mamoswine follows.

Meanwhile, Archeops takes to the sky to get an aerial view of the village proper, trying to see if he can spot Probopass anywhere. ]

It takes a keen eye to spot aerially. But Archeops can spy Hilda already tracking down Probopass, wedged between some of the buildings.

[likewinning]

[ Archeops screeches with delight, flapping back over to Emmet and the others to relay this information.

and of course Emmet understands him perfectly. ]

Really? That is great!

[ Mamoswine whuffs indignantly. IT ISN'T GREAT!! SHE WANTS TO DESTROY PROBOPASS! ]

Now now, Mamoswine! This works out nicely, does it not? Let us go deliver the other two to the strange man.

Poor Mamoswine. Had to hog the spotlight with other Pokemon the first time! It doesn't count as a true Miss Piggy moment!

Alakazam seems content to head back to the Galaxy Hall.

[likewinning]

[ Emmet will meander over that way, looking for the professor as he smiles brightly. ]

I am Emmet! I have returned with Alakazam and Magnezone.

[ At that mention, Mamoswine trots over to wherever Magnezone is passed out. here is your warden. ]

Hilda will be here shortly with Probopass.

He is inside of the building, in his research room, but he comes rushing out as he hears you calling out.

"That was much quicker than I expected! Unbelievable! You truly do have talent!"

Of course I do. I am Emmet. I like double battles. I like combinations of Pokemon. And I like winning more than anything else.

[derailer]

"Double battles? Did you fight both of them at once? Very talented indeed!" He has no clue what you're talking about, but he's not really a battle guy anyway, so he doesn't seem too concerned about it.

[likewinning]

No, they were elsewhere. Mamoswine is mad that she did not get to fight Probopass too, but Hilda is a verrrry skilled trainer.

[derailer]

"Are you from abroad, by chance? Oh—" He suddenly connects the dots, though not all the way. "Perhaps you're from the same location Ingo joined all of us from in the first place?! Hence the fashion!"

[likewinning]

Yup. I am from Unova, just like Ingo. He is my brother.

[derailer]

"A brother?! That's amazing news! Does he know you're here?!"

[likewinning]

Oh, I think he has an idea.

"Wonderful. I will have to ask him about it later," he says obliviously.
