At last! Eelektross doesn't immediately succumb to the confusion, sending out another Discharge. But it doesn't quite take Crobat out, and then he hits himself in his confusion next turn. He's starting to run low on HP...

We'll say the attack plus the poisoning plus further hitting himself in his own confusion manages to take Eelektross out. Emmet nods as he falls.
