Feels a little pointed, to me, but... fitting enough.

As you linger over the picture, you suddenly understand something:

You don't think of them as friends, necessarily, but they are trusted colleagues to you. To run an operation like this requires a lot of trust and cooperation, and they're up to the task when it comes time to get to work. You like being a boss and mentor, too... You hope they like serving under you in the same way.
