To the best of our ability, yes! It is not surprising that Ingo's Palace would appear to be like Gear Station. I am assuming the attendant will have something useful for us since that is their job. Unless they are bad at their jobs.

Based on the other Palaces I have seen, I would imagine that the lines do not go to the same places that they would normally.
