Monster: Hisuian Zoroark
Physical description: bipedal fox-like creature with claws, pointed teeth, and a wispy, plentiful mane of fur. it supposedly looks like an incarnation of death.
Size: 5'03"/1.6m height, 160.9 lbs./73kg weight
Powers: illusion! he can make himself look like nearly anything, and can create illusions in the environment too. under the powercap rules, this is not allowed to work to just make him look like his normal self, and he is otherwise not the type of person to abuse this power. Hisuian Zoroark can also cause physical pain with pure spite, but the person inside does not feel that emotion, so this probably won't come up.
